SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our online store is open 24/7 and shipments are processed Monday 10am through Friday 5pm, excluding select holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will be processed & shipped within 48 business hours. Local pickup available, please select desired location when prompted to select shipping or pickup. Local pickup orders may take up to 24 hours to prepare, and are typically ready for pickup next day.

If you place an order containing preorder items, that order will not be shipped until all items within that order have become available for shipment. Please order items sharing different release dates/availability separately from one another to avoid delays with receiving your product.

Orders containing preorder items cannot not be altered, adjusted, or cancelled within 10 days prior to prerelease date, or release date if no prerelease date is available

All preorder sales are final, order alterations/cancelations may be subject to 10% service fee.

    DESCRIPTION:

    This Bloomburrow Bundle contains 9 Bloomburrow Play Boosters, plus 1 Traditional Foil card with Bundle-exclusive alternate-art, 15 Traditional Foil Basic Land cards (including 5 foil Full-Art Lands), 15 nonfoil Full-Art Lands, 1 oversized Spindown life counter, 1 card storage box, and 2 reference cards. Each Play Booster contains 14 Magic: The Gathering cards and 1 Token/Ad card or Art card, with a combination of 1–4 cards of rarity Rare or higher and 3–5 Uncommon, 6–9 Common, and 1 Land cards. One card of any rarity is Traditional Foil, and the Land card is also Traditional Foil in 20% of Play Boosters.

    Refund Policy

    1. Returns and Exchanges: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold through our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

    2. Exceptional Cases: In extremely rare situations where a return must be made, we will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please note that such exceptions are subject to the following conditions:

    • Unopened Items: Only unopened items will be eligible for consideration for return. In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
    • Restocking Fee: In the event that a return is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Shipping Responsibility: In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

    3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued for the product's cost minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.

    4. Pre-Release and Non-Pre-Release Items: If an order contains both pre-release and non-pre-release items, the order will not be shipped until all items become available. To receive non-pre-release items promptly, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-release and non-pre-release items. This will ensure that non-pre-release items are shipped without delay.
    5. Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.     Can I pickup same day?

    Same day pickup is not currently available. Orders placed for pickup may take up to 24 hours to be prepared, as such next day pickup is currently the fastest option we have available.

    When will I receive my Pre-Order?

    Congrats on staying ahead of the curve! All pre-orders placed will be shipped or available for pickup (based on method chosen) on their respective release dates. The release date for your pre-ordered product can be found in the product description, usually in bold red text.

    Where are the pickup locations?

    We have multiple pickup locations available in Las Vegas, Nevada inside of various local business'. Please visit our Find Us page for accurate directions to our pickup locations!

    The item I preordered changed prices since I purchased, can I update my order?

    When a preorder is made for an item, the price of the item at that time will be locked in for your order. Whether the cost of the item has gone up or down since the time of preorder, the price you locked in at the time of preorder will be unaffected. Please note that any canceled preorders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
