Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will be processed & shipped within 48 hours. If an order is placed containing both pre-release and non-prerelease items, order will not be shipped until all order items become available. Please order pre-release and non-prerelease items separately if you wish to get non-prerelease items right away.

All preorder sales are FINAL, we do not alter preorder pricing after an order is placed, order alterations/cancelations may be subject to 10% service fee.

DESCRIPTION:

Ready-to-play out of the box, the Rosetta Blitz Deck Collection provides everything you need to venture into the forests of Candlehold.

Includes Florian, Verdance, Aurora, and Oscilio Blitz Decks, two Rosetta booster packs to customise the decks, and a beautiful Seed of Candlehold rubber playmat, all packaged inside a 1000ct Rosetta storage box.

A great product for new players and casual gamers, or as a beautiful gift for a Flesh and Blood fan in your life.

Each Rosetta Blitz Deck contains 40 cards, plus hero, weapon, equipment, and token cards, with each deck containing a rainbow foil hero card and non-foil extended art cards exclusive to that deck. Each Rosetta booster pack contains 16 cards.


Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold through our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

2. Exceptional Cases: In extremely rare situations where a return must be made, we will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please note that such exceptions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unopened Items: Only unopened items will be eligible for consideration for return. In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: In the event that a return is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Responsibility: In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued for the product's cost minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.

  4. Pre-Release and Non-Pre-Release Items: If an order contains both pre-release and non-pre-release items, the order will not be shipped until all items become available. To receive non-pre-release items promptly, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-release and non-pre-release items. This will ensure that non-pre-release items are shipped without delay.
  5. Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may occasionally impact delivery times.

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. At Stomping Grounds, we strive to offer you an exceptional shopping experience, and we appreciate your continued support. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review an outline of our Order/Preorder Policy below:

  1. Order/Preorder Sales: Please note that all orders & preorders sales are FINAL. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing your order.

  2. Order Alterations and Cancellations: Should you need to make any necessary alterations or cancel your preorder, please be aware that a 10% service fee will apply.

  3. Price Increases: Please be aware that market prices may fluctuate after your purchase. If the price of an item increases after your purchase, rest assured that your order will be protected, and you will not be subject to any price increase. Your order will remain at the price it was when you made the purchase and THE PRICE WILL NOT INCREASE.

  4. Price Decreases: While we strive to provide you with the best deals possible, we are unable to change the price of your purchased item to match any subsequent price reductions in the market/on our site. Please understand that WE DO NOT ALTER PURCHASED ITEM PRICING, regardless of whether market pricing goes up, or down.

  5. Mixed Orders: If an order contains an item labeled as a preorder, that order will not be shipped until all items within that order have become available for processing. To receive your items promptly, we highly recommend placing preorders separately from other preorder items that share a different scheduled release date. It's also recommended to purchase preorders separately from items that have already been released. This will ensure that any items purchased are shipped without delay. If you would like to receive all of your items together in one package, please note that you will not see an update to tracking until the last remaining item within the order has reaching it's processing date. The processing date is typically reached sometime right before an items scheduled release date. The release dates for preorder items may be found on the respective product page of the preorder item under it's description.
  6. Promotional Items: Please make note that promotional promo items not mentioned within the product description will not be included with your order by StompingGroundsTCG.com. In the case of a product including a promo within the sealed packaging, it will be noted within the product description and included as expected.
  7. Local Pickups: We process local pickup orders during the business hours of 10am and 5pm PST between Monday and Friday, excluding major holidays. Pickup orders placed will be ready within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. If for some reason your order is not ready after 24 hours of placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us via email (paul@stompinggroundstcg.com) and we will figure out why your order was delayed!
  8. Local Preorders: Preorders made for local pickup will be ready for pickup as soon as our local pickup location opens for business on release day/prerelease day respectively. Orders containing preorder items are not processed and prepared for pickup until all items within the order have become available for processing.

Can I pickup same day?

Same day pickup is not currently available. Orders placed for pickup may take up to 24 hours to be prepared, as such next day pickup is currently the fastest option we have available.

When will I receive my Pre-Order?

Congrats on staying ahead of the curve! All pre-orders placed will be shipped or available for pickup (based on method chosen) on their respective release dates. The release date for your pre-ordered product can be found in the product description, usually in bold red text.

Where are the pickup locations?

We have multiple pickup locations available in Las Vegas, Nevada inside of various local business'. Please visit our Find Us page for accurate directions to our pickup locations!

The item I preordered changed prices since I purchased, can I update my order?

When a preorder is made for an item, the price of the item at that time will be locked in for your order. Whether the cost of the item has gone up or down since the time of preorder, the price you locked in at the time of preorder will be unaffected. Please note that any canceled preorders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
